Deburring Unit: Replacing the traditional mode that relies on manual experience and physical labor, the roller height is adjusted by digital control system, with a displacement accuracy of up to 0.01mm, enabling precise and efficient deburring. In addition, the sand roller is equipped with an automatic protection mechanism. Through real-time data monitoring, it can effectively prevent the occurrence of sand grooves on the sheet parts and avoid damage to the machine, providing a dual guarantee for the processing quality and equipment safety.
The deburring spindle adopts a precisely optimized design and innovatively features an integrated structure of the pulley and the roller, which greatly improves the torque output of the roller. Relying on the high-precision manufacturing process, its dynamic balance is controlled within ±2g, significantly reducing the wear loss of the equipment and extending its service life. Also, the spindle is equipped with maintenance-free FAG bearings from Germany. With their excellent durability and stability, these bearings provide a a reliable protection for the efficient operation of the equipment.
The main deburring motors are servo motors, which have the characteristic of constant torque. It can achieve a constant force output during the deburring process. This not only effectively ensures the accuracy of the machine, but also saves 20% of energy, significantly reducing the production cost and improving the production efficiency.
The RDR grinding system adopts an innovative design, integrating the functions of deburring and edge rounding. It can simultaneously improve the surface roughness of workpieces and create a short wire effect with uniform texture. Through the collaborative operation of multiple processes, this system provides high-standard quality for the surface of products.
The disc edge rounding unit adopts a pullable modular structure, equipped with a quick-plug replacement interface, simplifying the traditionally cumbersome disc replacement process into "pulling out - inserting". This user-friendly design makes the operation more convenient and faster, effectively reducing the downtime, and providing a solid guarantee for efficient and continuous production.
